FRESH DELICIOUS PIZZA

Your guests can watch their pizzas being made every step of the way as we hand-stretch the dough, top it with Italian tomatoes, fresh fior di latte mozzarella and fresh toppings. The pizzas are then cooked at 500 degrees in our wood-fired pizza oven, in less than two minutes, your pizzas are ready!

Our dough is made using traditional methods, the dough is made with the finest quality ingredients: Caputo Tipo 00 Pizzeria flour, live yeast, purified water and Himalayan pink salt.

What types of Pizza do you offer?

Traditional Italian wood fired pizzas using

– Biga dough which is pre-fermented, high-hydration dough. It delivers a light, airy interior and a perfectly crisp crust.

– San Marzano tomatoes – which are grown in Naples, Italy, in the volcanic soil surrounding Mount Vesuvius and produce a rich flavour

-Fior Di Latte mozzarella made in Campania in Italy

What is the maximum amount of people I can have?

We can cater for up to 200 people

Can I choose my own pizza toppings?

Yes you can choose your own pizza toppings.

How long do you cook for at my event?

We stay for a minimum of two hours serving 40 pizzas an hour.
